Tos - policy - conditions

tos

  • Please note that all artwork commissioned is for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. If you wish to share the commissioned artwork, kindly credit the artist.

  • Please send references/pictures with as much detail as possible for the artist to produce the best work possible.

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse any request.

  • I will share the commission on social media and in my portfolio.

  • I will send you progress photos/screenshots for every update, including sketches, line art, and color. Please note that I work at a slower pace, and it may take me 3-6 months to complete the project. I mainly do my commissions during weekends Hope you got the patience for that :)

  • Please refrain from editing, tracing, or altering the commissioned artwork in any way. It is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the client cannot claim or sell my work for NFTs or AI.

POlicy

  • Payment via PayPal or Kofi in USD

  • It must be in full payment before I start doing the sketch.

  • I won't be doing a refund once I start the sketch part.

  • Revisions are allowed; however, additional fees will apply based on the amount of changes that have to be made, same goes for a rush or scheduled date. (Revision of the sketch part is fine.)

  • Any additional character will have a 100% fee (max of 2 characters)
